Rental Terms & Conditions

These Rental Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of motorcycles from MotorcycleRentalMarrakech ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By renting a motorcycle, you ("Renter", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Requirements

1.1 Age and License

• Minimum age: 21 years old (25+ for premium motorcycles)
• Valid motorcycle license (Category A) held for minimum 2 years
• Minimum 1 year riding experience required

1.2 Required Documentation

• Valid passport or national ID
• Valid motorcycle driving license
• Credit card for security deposit
• Proof of address (may be required)

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation

• Advance booking recommended, especially during peak season
• 20% deposit required to confirm reservation
• Deposit is non-refundable
• Balance due upon motorcycle pickup

2.2 Security Deposit

• Security deposit: 3,000-5,000 MAD (varies by motorcycle)
• Held on credit card or cash
• Refunded within 7 days after motorcycle return
• May be used to cover damages, fines, or fuel charges

2.3 Payment Methods

• Cash (Moroccan Dirham, Euro, USD)
• Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank transfer (for advance bookings)

3. Rental Period and Returns

3.1 Pickup and Return

• Rental period calculated inclusively (pickup and return days counted)
• Motorcycle must be returned by 6:00 PM on final day
• Late return fee: 50 MAD per hour after 6:00 PM
• Use in sand is prohibited. Any assistance request will be charged
• Free delivery/pickup within Marrakech city limits

3.2 Extensions

• Extensions subject to motorcycle availability
• Must be requested minimum 24 hours in advance
• Additional charges apply at daily rate

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

4.1 Permitted Use

• Personal recreational use only
• Riding on paved and designated off-road routes
• Use within Morocco only
• Single rider only (unless specifically authorized for passenger)

4.2 Prohibited Use

• Racing, stunt riding, or competitions
• Riding under influence of alcohol or drugs
• Subletting or lending to third parties
• Commercial use or delivery services
• Overloading beyond manufacturer specifications
• Riding on beaches or unauthorized terrain
• Leaving Morocco territory

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1 Included Insurance

• Basic third-party liability insurance (RC) included
• Covers damages to third parties and property
• Does NOT cover damage to rented motorcycle

5.2 Optional Insurance

• CDW (Collision Damage Waiver): Reduces liability for motorcycle damage
• Full Coverage: Comprehensive protection with zero deductible
• Personal Accident Insurance: Available on request

5.3 Renter Liability

• Renter responsible for all damages not covered by insurance
• Security deposit may be used to cover damages
• Renter liable for theft if negligence proven
• Traffic fines and violations are renter's responsibility

6. Maintenance and Breakdowns

• All motorcycles are serviced and mechanically sound at pickup
• Report any mechanical issues immediately
• 24/7 roadside assistance provided
• Do not attempt repairs without authorization
• Replacement motorcycle provided for mechanical failures (subject to availability)
• Regular maintenance (oil, tires) is our responsibility

7. Fuel Policy

• Motorcycle provided with full tank
• Return with same fuel level
• Refueling charges apply if returned with less fuel
• Use recommended fuel grade only

8. Accidents and Theft

8.1 In Case of Accident

• Contact us immediately: +212 661 208 481
• Call police and obtain accident report
• Do not admit fault or liability
• Exchange information with other parties
• Take photos of damage and scene
• Do not move motorcycle if serious damage

8.2 Theft

• Report to police immediately and obtain report
• Notify us within 24 hours
• Provide all keys and documents
• Renter liable if theft due to negligence (unlocked, keys left)

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp)
• Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations
• 7+ days notice: Remaining balance refunded
• Less than 7 days: No refund on balance paid
• We reserve right to cancel due to mechanical issues (full refund)

10. Motorcycle Tours

Motorcycle tours are operated by our partner GSLineTours and booked through WeTravel platform. For tour bookings:

• Separate terms and conditions apply
• Bookings processed through WeTravel
• GSLineTours responsible for tour operations
• Different cancellation policies may apply

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for personal injuries or death
• Not liable for loss of personal belongings
• Not responsible for traffic violations or fines
• Not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Motorcycle rented "as is" - renter accepts all risks

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during rental is processed according to our Privacy Policy. By renting, you consent to data collection and processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
